MIM Safe Variogate Single - Car Crash Tested Dog Cargo Barrier Gate for SUVs

The MIM Safe Variogate Single transforms your cargo area into a safe, secure and spacious environment for transporting one pets and maximizing the space in your vehicle. When used with our Universal Cargo Barrier (sold separately) the Variogate will create a safe and secure containment area for your pets, while protecting you and your loved ones. Available in 4 different configurations, see our Sizing tab to find the right size for you.

This single gate is designed to be used on the left side of the vehicle only and comes with a divider to keep you dog separated from other items in your cargo area. Available in standard width and extra wide, as well and short and long depths.  Height is adjustable to fit most vehicles.

How Safe is it?

The Variocage provides comfort and proven safety for your dog as well as the human occupants in your vehicle. When used with our Crash Tested Universal Cargo Barrier the VarioGate System will create a secure containment area to keep you, your passengers and your dog. The VarioGate Single provides useful storage space in your cargo area during travel while keeping your dog or 2 small or medium size dogs safe when they are traveling together.

Installation - No Modification Required

Installing the Variogate is easy and does NOT require modification to your vehicle.  Straps are used to secure the gate to the very back of your vehicle's cargo area, as well as to the deepest part of your cargo area. These can be attached to cargo hooks (if your vehicle has them), seat belt attachments, or other attach points. Further, the Variogat is adjustable in depth, extending from the gate back to the seat behind it adding additional stability.
